Kids and Money Matters: The Journey Begins

Money matters! Financial education matters too!

The early lessons that children and adolescents learn about money lay the foundation for a lifelong relationship with money. Everybody has a unique view towards the concept of money. No matter what your personal relationship and past experiences with money may be, you cannot deny the importance of money in your daily life.

Personal financial management is a hot topic these days and millions of people are struggling financially and the nation's economy is struggling as well. Financial literacy and education can go a long way in helping individuals and families take control of their lives. Knowledge is a powerful part of the journey to true financial freedom. The ability to take action and put this knowledge to use is even more important when it comes to personal financial planning.

This blog has been created with the mission to empower children and adolescents to learn about important money related concepts at an early age. Financial planning education and financial literacy has been lacking in recent years. In order to educate future generations about money, parents and teachers need to educate themselves. Financial literacy requires basic understanding of the financial planning process.

In order to accomplish the ultimate goal of financial freedom, it is essential to educate future generations about basic money concepts. As this blog continues to develop over time, I encourage every reader to be an active participant. Please feel free to share your comments or stories. If you have any additional link suggestions I will incorporate them into this educational website.

Thanks for visiting this site! I hope that you will come back on a regular basis.
